Dangit!!!

So I broke my Zen helmet. I emailed Giro about crash replacement.

Anyone ever done this? I'd like some feedback

Giro does follow through with the crash replacement they offer, but it takes a while. Granted I was working at a shop for part of the time (so stuff was cheap) but I have broken 3 Giros and 1 Bell but never bothered with crash replacement.
