Help!

I broke the head off my bleed screw bleeding my brakes, the head snapped off ~.5mm into the caliper body. What would be my best option to remove this? Easy-out? I dont want to drill it because i will end up with all the shavings in the caliper. I just wanna get out and ride, can someone tell me how to get this out.

PS.
FYI they are Grimeca System 8's

DO NOT DRILL THESE UNLESS IT IS A LAST RESORT

the reason for this is that the pressure seal occurs at the chamfer on the bottom of the bleeder screw, and if you drill into it you will damage it and the caliper.

an easy out is your best bet, and if you do not feel comfortable using one just head to a local machine shop (even an engine shop) and ask them to pull it out for you.

of note here is that you had initially overtightened them, I know it seems like maybe they should be really tight to prevent leakage but the truth is that even finger tight they will not leak, so they really only need a gentle tweak to prevent them from vibrating loose, (there is a torque spec, check the manual).

good luck.
