Hi guys, My uncles bike has the front tube broken. Like its cracked on the top and bottom. I was wondering is there any way it can be fixed or is it time for a new set up?

Probably you should replace it. Steel frames are repairable, but even then, I would wonder that whatever caused your headtube to crack has damaged the entire frame.

Even steel frames are going to cost a couple of hundred to fix it.

Yeah definitely its aluminum

get a new frame. can't be fixed without heat treating, something even aluminum builders often have to send out of house.
