How did the rails come out???

If you broke your seat while riding, you're gonna have to put A LOT of effort into getting the rails back in.

It did happen while riding, I had a reasonable stack but there is not a scratch on the seat so it didnt hit the ground, must of hit my leg but no bruise. I think i must of just got a weak seat, do you think i could get a warranty claim if it is under a year?

It can be put back together. It is a lot of work. Think we ended up using a prybar on the last one. Might help to put the rails back on the seatpost to help with leverage.

I love stuff like this. Tell me I can't do it and I will go to extraordinary lengths to get it done.

You're going to need to immobilize the saddle and then get the rail to flex enough to reinsert. I would think bolting the rail to the post would hinder the rail flex.

If you give up on it I'll give you a couple of bucks for it. I'll fix it or destroy it trying.

Cheers
