That's actually a great idea! What would you charge for these littles thingees? A charger plus adapters might be similar to a FIT cart, but then you can say you're strange enough to attempt this.If anyone else is actually interested in these, shoot me a line (steve at vorsprung suspension dot com) and let me know. Fairly good upgrade option for those people with either older pre-invert 40s, open bath 40Rs or people (like kidwoo) who just prefer the Charger damper to the RC2.
I'm not sure what this person is saying exactly. Do they think Woo just slid an entire Boxxer stanchion with damper inside of a 40 stanchion? And wouldn't that just make it more real and awesome?!This mod is fake. You've been exposed kidwoo!

So glad I put that whole stauntion in.
If that means 'missing the sweet spot and augering your front wheel into a hole'you twerkin' in that second pic?

But that's exactly the kind of thing I wanted this damper for. The boxxer I've ridden just seemed more composed through that kind of stuff without having to crank up the preload and HSC damping like I had with the stock fox setup.
I'm like 160 dressed and rode the fit damper almost completely maxed with HSC and spring preload. And it was still a little divey. This is better.
If there's going to be crappy images of this unicorn fork in action, I prefer crappy images that move. Upgrade your cameraman.
What spring?I'm like 160 dressed and rode the fit damper almost completely maxed with HSC and spring preload. And it was still a little divey. This is better.
For someone my size? No, I didn't think so. They're not as stiff as a 2 year old 40 like I have but I don't think they're noodles. More important than anything they don't bind under flex and get the staUntions pinched from the crowns like the first 35mm ones did.Having not ridden the current chassis Boxxer are they still really that flexy, even when compared to the "less stiff" current Fox 40?
For those without access to slurry, ask Udi for the fork oil equivalents. I'm sure Motul or Silkolene make something similar.Nah that side is full of pink slime meat slurry.
can you cook it on a brake rotor for a trail side snack?Nah that side is full of pink slime meat slurry.
McWoo burgah!
