Went o ver to my local Bike shop brought the Mag trainer and one of my Bikes.

Jan Brought the Training tape Buckets of sweat .

a work out it was .

My son came along so he could take some pictures

and here from the other side. My son did us a favor and was pedaling the Fan trainer in the forground to give aus a little air.

and boy do I look dazed and confussed.

Oh and I don't put this in my online training log ( sticky Above ) , I only put REAL miles in there.

I've tried to get people interested in doing trainer sessions together but no body will train with me so i've been going to spin class.
