Shawn Turschak of Chapel Hill was tired of someone stealing McCain-Palin campaign signs from his yard. Turschak with a degree in electrical engineering hooked up a third sign to a power source for an electric pet fence Monday and also put up a surveillance camera.

my previously described neighbors across the street (only rental in our 'hood) who are on 100% public assistance had an obama sign up in the front yard.

for 45 minutes

i think they took it down when they saw they were alone up & down on both sides of the street for 2 blocks.

In college I rented a house with a bunch of other people. I kept a pile of change on my desk that started to disappear. I carefully arranged some coins so they didn't touch and soldered the end of an extension cord to two quarters through a hole I drilled into the desk. Woke up the next morning when the fuse blew and this dude Dan was shrieking in pain.
