Thanks. I'm going to try and keep it as simple as possible since I might end up trying to sell them. I may drill and tap the ends and just use a thread in rubber foot that's bigger than the bar.

Subbing is fine but a true connoisseur of such fine hand made items of luxury will be inquisitive as to your method. Attention to detail is paramount. Just assure them that the baby seal fur is sourced from the finest organic, gluten free seal ranches.
