"bullit rear wheel travel"
i'm wondering if anyone else has actually measured what shock stroke is required to get various amounts of
wheel travel. i have on my medium bullit and the results suprise me. i'm told by santa cruz that with the
stock 2.25 stroke fox i get 6 inches. that seems to be very nearly true. i actually measure it to be barely
under 6 inches. however they're saying the 5th element (2.5 inch stroke) shock provides 7 inches of travel. i
measure under 6.6 inches. risse says their long travel shock (a 2.75 inch stroke that actually measures
2.67) provides 8 inches of travel. i measure a 2.75 inch stroke to be 7.25 inches of wheel travel. what do you
think? by the way i'm including the bottom out bumper. these are max potential wheel travel numbers.
