Are those rocks for fire pits? Rocks with moisture in them can explode. You might want to light it up big and walk away the first time...My project due jour. New bonfire pit. Most of the way there, still needs some work. Will fill with gravel then put the grate it. Used the dirt/clay I dug up to fill in a low spot along the side of the house to improve drainage.

Thanks. I live about an hour outside philly in the burbs but I use that as a reference point since it's close enough and a good reference point.are you sure you live in philly?
