You want to burn them to DVD, I assume. Barring whatever copy protection iTunes puts on its files, a comprehensive DVD burning program like Nero will burn your files to DVD and create the appropriate DVD menu system.
However, iTunes puts copy protection schemes on most of the music files, so I don't know what kind of restrictions you'll run into. I don't deal with copy protected files usually.

I currently have one cable line coming into my house, without going thru hours of labor running cable and installing boxes, is there some way to run it thru my house via wireless internet connection?
Do you have a basement or another easy way to access the wires?
'cause installing cable outlets is pretty easy and is a lot more permanent method than putting in a WiFi broadcasting unit. Spend a few hours on some Saturday morning and wire everything up neatly, install your cable wall jacks where you want them, and forget about it.
Yeah, that would work. But you should still have more than one cable jack in the house, if for nothing else, to have when you decide to sell it
It'll cost you some bucks in monitors & CPUs, though, whereas small televisions can be had for practically nothing. There are wireless devices to stream audio and video content that don't cost as much, don't draw as much power, and aren't as big.
I'm going to wire up our new house with Cat5e and run gigabit ethernet into every room of the house
