I live in Surprise, Arizona
I have been taking Naproxsyn (anti-inflam) for the bursitis in my knees when it flares up. I have been told about chondroitin(?) and even checked it out at GNC. It's kinda pricey but I really don't like medication. Any experience or opinions? I have real good luck with naproxsyn, but like I said, I would rather go more natural.

I have a back injury and when my back gets inflamed I use Aleve. Which, believe it or not works very well if you take it over a period of time. Try taking Aleve once a day for about a week or so and see how your knee feels. It does not seem to have any side effects for me. I've tried about every pill out there for back pain and the ony thing that has worked is Aleve and steroid shots to my spin.
