Try listening to a new talk radio station and hearing the positive things that are going on in Iraq. It would be like hearing only the bad things that happenend while you were at work and never being recognized for you acheivements or your efforts. Hearing only the negative only destroys and hinders us from making the right decisions. Imagine if you were judged by what the world could read about you. not knowing who you are or your life story, but just the public facts...probably pretty different than the real story. Nice sig by the way.
I'm sure there are good things happening in Iraq. Someone mentioned schools and hospitals being built (although someone else said they're rebuilding what was already blown up). Regardless of 'good' and 'bad' things happening, the question is 'why are troops there in the first place?'

Wouldn't it have made more sense to dig up all of Afganistan first to find Bin Laden?? Most countries were on board with that one. It might of cost less and after you find him, you move on to the next objective. So far the first problem isn't solved yet and now there's a second problem to deal with.

Ok Ive read some of the articles and yes offcourse theres also some good stuff happening Irak. However, this does not make up for all the bad stuff thats happening not only in Irak but in the entire world.
I get the feeling you actually believe that Bush is trying to help the Iraquis with this war but dont you see what sarifice hes making for it?
Why is Bush more concerned with the Iraquis then with his own people? People are living under terrorist threats every day in the US due to gangs and and crime. Why is Bush so concerned about Irak while he doesnt give a **** about the children dieing every day in his own country from shootings and from poverty.
Is it really worth sacrifieing thousands of US soldiers and even soldiers from other countries stationed in Irak just to help out the Iraquis with the upcoming elections?
Do you think of it as collataral (sp?) damage just like all the hundreds, maybee thousands of Iraqui men, women and children that are allready killed in this war?
Even innocent Europeans have died because of it. The terrorist attacks in Spain, London have obviously been a result of the war in Irak. You cannot even fight these people who are blowing themselves up because they are "invisible". You cannot ever win this socalled "War on Terrorisme" by feuling the fire even more.
You my friend are the one who is not seeing the bigger picture...
Untill you have a vallid reason for me why all these people have to die then I will believe your bull**** storys about Bush wanting to help people.
Just dont give me that "hes helping them with the elections and rebuilding school and hospitals crap" anymore because the Americans are the ones who bombed these schools and hospitals in the first place.
