He just doesn't come off as genuine or believeable at all.

The last time I actually believed what he was saying was when he addressed Saddam before they invaded. That was scary, as intended. Can't find anything on youtube, but i remember that address... Anyone else able to find it?

First time in 10 years that I didn't watch it. And that's knowing full and well that he was going to devote a big chunk to energy policy.

I just got the text and skipped to the relevant portions. Does appear the corn mafia is out in force... guess Bush is banking his retirement on them and not the oil companies.

A policy that has the corn lobby buying a bunch of oil so they can make and sell a bit of ethanol sounds like a way to have both the oil companies and cornholes pay for your retirement.

this past sunday chicago put their 15 min of fame to rest. is there any other valid reason why bush should mention katrina in yet another sotu? isn't it enough he beats the 9/11 drum in sotu after sotu?
