I was thinking - I'm 34 and have my own business in the worst economy since the depression of the 30s. I need to minimize my debt. An R32 is completely impractical. Expensive cars are depreciating like rocks and I may not be able to sell it if the economy gets worse. People are practically giving trucks away. I need one for my machine shop. 4x4 is awesome. Chevy parts are ridiculously cheap. I will not worry about door dings. Instead I will ding other people's doors as payback for the years of driving nice cars and finding new dings too many times.
That last part was a joke...unless I see someone ding somebody's nice car. Then I will go park next to them and reward them for their thoughtlessness with 1990s American sheetmetal.
