I like a 50ml or so People’s Coffee ‘Don Wilfredo’ espresso, fairly fine grind, 10-11 bar for 12 seconds, with two teaspoons of organic soft brown sugar. Nommy nom.

Don't get crema from a french press (which is where that cup of coffee came from), I do get it from my espresso machine. Although not I'm not such the coffee fanatic that I knew that the foam had a name..
