Holy crap, what an amazing show! First band to start off was this weird cypress hill/Tribe called quest combo band named Heiruspecs. they were pretty damn good. Good beat, good vocals, and one of the guys was a human beat box. It was rad, they had a 5 piece band. 2 vocals, one bass, one organ and the drummer who had only a snare drum, bass drum, tom tom and a high hat. so good.
After them was this really sh!tty band called The Walkmen. The Drummer was like Animal from the muppets and looked like he had ADHD and should be wearing a helmet at all times. The bassist always had epileptic seizures and was out of beat. The guitarist had his back to the audience 3/4 of the time. The organ player looked like he didn't want to be there and the lead singer tried too much to be a mix of Bono and a tree humper. their actual music was horrid, they used one of those old blues guitars with super twangyness and made it sound like rock music. my ears bled like a woman for 5 days out of the month.
BAM, Cake comes out starting with Frank Sinatra and ending 2 hours later with The Distance. They covered a couple of their newest stuff, but it isn't that good. dude, they played for like 2 hours straight, it was amazing. During their second encore, they rocked everyone with their new song Telephones or some crap like that. yea, their new stuff sucks. anyways, it's 220am, i'm tired. Rock On, Dolemite.

My version...

But when we're driving in my [Subaru :D] it's easy to get right next to you.
I say baby scoot over please, and then she's right there next to me.
