Lately for breakfast, I've been making plain 1 minute oats with almond milk, but then adding in 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder and 1/3-1/2 cup of canned pumpkin. Comes out pretty damn good, low calorie and filling. Plus it's pretty quick. Can also do in the microwave.
