Worst of both worlds.
Short bed 6'6". Probably close if not over the tire load limit sidewall flex accounts for the roll. Only way to deal with a large camper on a SRW is to switch to 16 ply 245/70R 19.5 tires and 19.5 wheels to give you 9000 pounds of load capacity per axle and no sidewall flex. Or get a duallySaw a F-350 SRW crew cab non-long bed (does that make it short or medium on the Supers?) with a big over-cab camper.
There was a ton of body roll when he was unwisely trying to hustle that rig up Hwy 40 this morning. Kind of amusing to watch since he didn’t actually jimmydean it.
At home with Ruth this trip. Otherwise they have free roam of the camper when parked and they ride with us in the cab on the roadWhere do the dogs stay?
Abbey and Hank were not fans of Frita until the bed fell down on a turn and they both jumped up. It's now where they ride in Frita. At home with Ruth this trip. Otherwise they have free roam of the camper when parked and they ride with us in the cab on the road

Yes, being from Frito Lay, the wife felt it was appropriate.Frita now being the name of your camper?
Make it a 7.3 diesel, yes. My neighbor gets 8mpg in his V10 2wd van empty. I bet those bitches get 6.Wouldn't say no:
E-Series Revival: Sportsmobile’s Rebirth of the Econoline - Expedition Portal
I don’t think the Ford Econoline gets nearly the credit it deserves. While most of us look at the GT and the Mustang as the blue oval’s heritage cars, I feel the E-Series is equally deserving, perhaps more so. I mean, sure, the GT won a lot of titles. And the Mustang inspired generations of...expeditionportal.com

I get 11-14 with my V10. Only time it's gone below 10 was doing 85 into the wind through Utah.Make it a 7.3 diesel, yes. My neighbor gets 8mpg in his V10 2wd van empty. I bet those bitches get 6.
I am getting 15mpg in my 4BT.
My neighbor might have a Dodge V10, I know he wished he got the diesel. Do you have the 8 or 10 speed auto (I forget what homeboy said his RV was)? I was told the E450 motorhomes get about 10-12 with those.I get 11-14 with my V10. Only time it's gone below 10 was doing 85 into the wind through Utah.
Maybe if you drive 55 you will hit 12. My 350 with the 6.7 diesel gets 10 @70My neighbor might have a Dodge V10, I know he wished he got the diesel. Do you have the 8 or 10 speed auto (I forget what homeboy said his RV was)? I was told the E450 motorhomes get about 10-12 with those.
My 4BT with 3 speed auto tops out at 60mph, but is no slouch on the hills. Once I get the rest built out, I will weight her again. But the worst I have gotten so far is 15.5mpg on a trip out. No.
I saw a feature of it last week and thought it had some cool stuffs. But when it was reposted with the price and some points made in the article, I am in the wrong business.No.
I'd rather have two of the Sportsmobile I posted if I had that much to waste.
I was actually looking at something like this with a 4 way split screen and side, front, and rear mounted cameras. But I still need to figure out the wiring on the camera I have.
Unless people start selling their overvalued homes and going mobile.I saw a feature of it last week and thought it had some cool stuffs. But when it was reposted with the price and some points made in the article, I am in the wrong business.
I have a feeling in another year all these one off custom shops will start to die off. With RV sales falling, I don't see a huge demand for $150k+ rigs.
The nurse who worked my hand surgery owns a house in Georgia but his wife and he live in a Class A for $1200/month for the space near Portland. They are both nurses and have worked all over for the last decade or so. At that price I would rent a house. While the idea is cool, living in RV parks doesn't sound appealing to me.Unless people start selling their overvalued homes and going mobile.
