So the wife and I have narrowed our search down to a Coachman Clipper 17bhs. Its as big as will fit in our driveway, and it will sleep all 5 of us. Now comes the search for a good deal. When getting an insurance quote, our Stare Farm guy sad the MSRP is just over $20k, but the local RV dealer wants $26k... Im understand RVs are tough to get right now, but $6K over is crazy!

I didn't think they were that tough to get $6k bump. I would say "insurance says $20k and I'm not paying gap, so $20k is it".

Just wait until the money machine stops brrring and used cargo van conversation prices are gonna CRATER.
This is my only hope...

While I do agree with JBP that climate migration is real recent growth trends in 406 suggest pandemic has increased worker mobility as working remotely is so common place now.

Too BLM/fear of urban unrest seems to be a driving factor for a not insignificant number of (unfortunately conservative) recent MT newcomers.

I'd much prefer the dirt bag hippies...

We really like the wolf pup, but when you put a take measure on the 16’ wolf pup and the 17’ coachman. The wolf pup is almost a foot longer. I need to put a tape measure on the Jayco...

If they haven't bolted 3 more fuel tanks to it I'd like to know how you make it between gas stations.

ahh bug carnage season on the highway is upon us. Just have to remember to bring along a box of dryer sheets, Wet those puppies and they wipe bug splats off windows, trucks and campers with minimal effort
Makes me wonder what the hell is on them.

I don't know but last year I removed tens of thousands of baked on bug splats in just a few minutes with wet dryer sheets and the scrubber side of a windshield squeegee and running water. Wet the surfaces, rub with the dryer sheet wait a few minutes and they come right off with light scrubbing. Hose off to finish

Well after some careful measuring and calculating our actual driveway size, we pulled the trigger on a 2021 Wolfpup 16BHS yesterday. We pick it up on Monday. Wife and Kids are super excited, and I now have more questions that I did before...

Have the kids moved in to it on the driveway yet?
we had a coleman pop top as kids that was dragged from texas to louisiana then to virginia....my brothers and I would sleep in that in the summers up to about age 11 or 12....until my dad was travelling 60 percent of the year....then sold....
