We took a super short camping trip this weekend. Didn't do much but eat and veg out. Let the puppy swim until she passed out. anyway, we got the photo essay up on the blog and I'm not re-posting it here so here's the link.......

We had steak with mushrooms and shallots in a red wine sauce. ( i think there is some offical name for it, but i can't remember, that's tn's thing.) and Cheese torelinni with haricots verts, basil, oregano, black pepper, parmesean and butter. we had a jacob's creek shiraz to go with it. I wish we had two bottles, we really enjoyed it. dinner was nice because it was easy clean up but still really really good. The view was fantastic as well.
