bent up my back rim pretty good this weekend. It still spins but rubs on the brake pads a little. is it ok to ride on it like this? also are there any good online stores that cary the rhino lites, it seems they are a pretty durable rim.

Take your wheel to a bike shop, tell then you need your wheel trued.

Uhhhh...I think we need a little more info on how much the rim is "bent" before making any judgments.

If its actually bent, it needs to be bent back.
This is an advanced technique which requires 2x4's and a magic hammer tool.

If its just got poor spoke tension, then it needs to be tensioned up.

These are two seperate problems, and one should not be diagnosed and treated as the other.

it had both symptoms. They have temporarily been treated by tightening the spokes and banging it on the floor.
