I was trying to send a PM to an existing member. Obviously I am new here and signed up today. I have sent the message twice but it isn't showing in my out box. I guess I'm doing something wrong or:

*Messages only show up in outbox once read?
*There is a waiting period or post count that new members must have in order to send PMs as some sort of spam filtering device?

In case you were curious, I did read the FAQs and performed a mild search and it appears this issue wasn't addressed.

And I can't PM a mod to ask if this is normal because well, I can't PM!
