Family's coming to town in February. There will be 4-5 adults and two kids, so at least two bedrooms and two baths, a kitchen for 4days/3nights.

Price is an issue, specific location in Summit isn't.

Yup. That's the one. We got a 2+ bedroom condo on the beach near Santa Cruz for $150/night. They usually have some killer deals.

vrbo is a pain, no search function, lots of places are booked up and you only know after two clicks on each of many properties. Not user friendly.

However, a little patience and work and I found a place in Silverthorne for $125/night for a 3BR/2BA condo in February!
