My Son and I did teh Tully lake triathalon this past weekend .

5.0 Mile Kayak
4.5 Mile Trail Run
7.5 mile Mt Bike

I did it in 3:05:58 I was faster on the padel and Bike , but he was like shot out of a canon on the run. overall I was happy with my Time , just not so happy the boy Beat . But very proud of the boy!

but My Son just got under 3 hours !

Seems like just yesterday I snapped the necks on all frogs Him and his Sister caught out of the Creek at Dalton. I knew he was going to be a good kid when he didn't want to learn about snapping necks.....
