At least is wasn't drunk firefighters that stole it, like we have around my parts.

Three firefighters from the Eagle-Matt Lee company in Ballston Spa have been suspended pending an investigation -- according to the Saratogian.
The three are reportedly accused of drinking, then making prank phone calls to an emergency 911 line from the firehouse.
When a patrol car was sent over to check things out, the three men apparently jumped in the patrol car and took a joy ride.
Now, the mayor said his office is taking immediate action.
Mayor John P. Romano said, "It's under review right now. We look at these allegations as very serious allegations, and if after the review, appropriate action will be taken if necessary. As I said, it's something that is not being taken lightly."
The names of the firefighters have not been released."
