OK - just jumped out of the Delorean and got this 2004 DHR that came with the E-13 cups - do I need anything else? The pinkbike review of an 04 DHR shows this E-13 with a Cane Creek spacer on the bottom...Trying to figure out if I am good to go or need something else. Thanks!

It has been expalined many times before, but:

You need the e-13 cups and an IS headset.

(IS hedset consists of (2X)45*/36* angular contact bearings, crown race, compression ring, and (an optional IMO) top dust cap that will require microspacers that do not come with the headset.)

Thanks davep. I think I am set then. There are bearings in it and there is a sort of top cap - fits but does not seal anything really and a bottom race. Guessing the pinkbike review of the 04 uses a cane creek bottom bearing to add some spacing to rake the front a little..? unless you know.. anyway thanks, I cant wait its my first DH bike.
