Ok so I got the Muk Off cleaning pack when I purchased my bike. I got it free as the bike was so expensive.

I used it today.

I washed it with the pink cleaner, and then used the afterwash. It has left the frame shiny and greasy feeling. The frame is supposed to be matt black but now it looks shiny.

I hope to god this has not ruined the paint work. Anyone used it and should it be ok?

It says on the spray tins it can be used on frames etc. But the fact it feels a little oiley is worrying me. Its supposed to get rid of moisture.

That pepto colored stuff has always sketched me out. Grab some regular car soap, give it another wash, and see if it goes back to normal.
