cannondale IS fork conversion

i have a 2004 cannondale f600 that i need a new fork on, but i cant seem to find any headset made to fit the oversized IS style headtube. does anyone have any suggestions on how i can go about getting rid of this crappy headshok?

it sucks that you have had bad luck with the head shok. i feel it is actualy an awsome system but must admit, service can not be forgotten about like conventional forks. the way to go so you DON'T have to buy a head set it an adapter kit made by..... i can't get the name out of my head!!! damn it. anyways there is an adapter made and sold thru BTI (a bike parts distributor) that uses the existing bearing cup set up for the head shok and it reduces it to 11/8". i'll have to find the name of it and post it tommorow. sorry.

Sorry about your woes, I love and swear by the cannondale systems, but if you want to downgrade, fsa and cane creek have reducer headsets. :thumb:
