Does anyone know what the Noschka #2 ride is like?
Is it doable on a downhill bike?
Is it shuttleable?
The description I read makes it sound like a long, steep climb that I would most likely be walking up on account of the downhill bike.
My friend wants to go, I told him I think we would need XC rigs.
Any of you monkeys done it?

We shuttle Cap all the time on DH bikes. Theres a pretty regular crew of guys that meet at the start of Noshka Rd every sunday at 8am. You can get in a couple long rides from the towers down on the big bikes.

I would go to www.capitolforest.com and check out the maps. (maybe thats what you are reffering to...)

you guys should come do the sunday shuttle ride a couple of times. If your going to ride from the bottom you will want a xc bike. There is some good downhill trails to be had thoe.
