Some friends and I are hitting up Cap Forest on Saturday and was wondering what the conditions and trails are like? Can you shuttle these trails?

im not sure on the trail conditions as i havent been up there lately. you can definately shuttle. try trail 30 from the towers.

I'm sure its muddy as hell up there, but should be fun. Shuttle to the towers and go straight down. Its a blast!

i talked to my friend today and he said it should pretty good it hasnt been raining at all just some sprinkles here and there so it should be ideal
