I can tell you not to bet on it being eNVy, that's basically a house brand for one of the local smaller distributors.Hopefully they wind up with some of the local Metro Vancouver companies. I was looking at my cranks last night (I'm thinking of going 1x9 for my trail bike - possibly the E13 crank) and noticed that my bashguard, middle and granny were made by three separate Metro Van companies: Straitline, RF, and Envy. Hopefully Straitline or Envy can benefit from the IP (and the heads they are contained in) that was "liberated" by RF...
RF was pretty unique in that all they did was bike parts - most all of the machine shops i know that do bike parts make a living by doing industrial stuff. Only do bike stuff on the side.
