Have you tried removing your seatpost clamp and trying to slide it in and out? You may just have too much clamping pressure on your seattube even when the QR is open. If it slides in and out easily with the seatpost clamp removed, then just loosen your QR a little bit.
The reason you shouldn't grease a carbon post is that they can be slippery when greased and as a result will slowly slip down, which leads to overtightening of the clamp and possible cracking of the post. They don't require grease to prevent galvanic corosion because the matrix which binds the carbon fibers is usually an epoxy resin, plastic.
If it is especially difficult to slide in and out, I would suspect something is out of spec a bit. Maybe the seat tube is too small or the post a bit too big. maybe the seat tube could be reamed a bit or you could try a bit of lube.
I've noticed this with my carbon post and my friends alu post as well.Because this only happens after I pull it back up after the decent part of the ride,I just forget about it.But the scratch it leaves bugs me.I kinda buff it out with scoth guard. It's probably a burr on the edge of the seat post tube.So look for rough edge on inside of seat tube and clean and more or less polish in side of seat tube. Also polish the post maybe.I was thinking my post looks nothing like new.So maybe something like 500 grit wet/dry sandpaper to make it shinny new again. So a little polishing will make the post a little smaller and the tube a little bigger.Remember,a good fit is a very close one. It's got to be smooth and clean.
