Shut up and ride...
Well, the quick synopsis is that not only have I not ridden, but my bike has been in the same spot for 20 months.

I began 4 months ago to work on cardio, since the doc says I have one foot in the grave! :eek:

Seriously though, I’ve been doing a cardio workout on the bike for the past 4 months. (Minus the 5 weeks my back went into spasm). I do a small weight circuit for tone only, and then cardio again. Essentially 20 minute cardio, weight circuit, 20 minute cardio.

Heart rate up to 145, and then wind down back to resting. Any suggestions? I’m trying to work on endurance more then strength….
