Wayyyy too much stuff to list - Good ones:

2 BMX frames broken (Haro Sport + PK Ripper)
Bent a set of S+M Pitchforks
Snapped a Haro Fusion BMX stem (20 millionth landing over a 6ft pole we used to jump all the time)
Broken XT BB
Broken right hand crank of profile copy steel 3-piece (not at the weld!)
Smashed a high flange front BMX hub from 360° practice (spoke pressure just pulled it apart)
Bent 10mm chromo saddle rails and shattered the top off a generic Haro seatpost. Oww!
Several DX pedals exploded

plus 4 million chains, tyres, deralliers, rim dinks and all that crap. Most of it BMX stuff.

Broken Frames: J. C. Penney BMX ('88), Cannondale ('93), GT Zaskar ('94), Kona Stinky ('01).

Ovalized Headtubes: Cannondale BMX, Kastan BMX, Schwinn BMX

Destroyed wheels, derailers, seat posts, etc: Too many to count

Broken BB's and/or F'd Up Cranks: 4 on my current ride, too many to count on previous bikes

Stolen: My beloved STA with the sweet stem I made on it :dead:

Bodily Injuries: Broken leg, a good concussion, several dislocated shoulders, and some large hematomas

Friends and memories and thoughts of catching air while I pass the time each day: Countless!

Away in the head
I broke the cheapy plastic pedals that came as standard within a week, not even going offroad...

B0rked an old vee-brake rim and warped the braking surfaces

The machine-build back wheel pinged spokes like there was no tomorrow

Bent saddle rails and (i think) screwed up the seatpost clamp at the same time.

Broke crappy forks, lost front derailleur to lack of cleaning, broke back derailleur from crashing, a depressingly large number of pinch-flatted tubes, a severely painful shoulder from an endo, ripped up knee from an SPD-induced fall.

BMX youth: just rims and hubs.

Teenage years: I ate rear derailleurs like candy.

MTB "adulthood": Pulverized 1 headset, stripped 1 set of cranks. I don't ride enough.

My kids will out do me: The 4yo has been through 2 squeaky horns and 1 helmet already.

In a Van(couver) down by the river
Partial List:
BMX: 3 Mongoose frames including a shorn off head tube and a BB shell rippped right out of the frame; 2 other frames (bent top tubes or broken chainstays)
-umpteen million cranksets - all bent to hell (never a set of Profiles though, I could never afford them)
-5 or 6 bars
-4 stems (scary when these break)
-3 forks (lowrider bend)
-cant count the pedals

MTB:
-cranks, cranks, cranks - twisted arms and snapped off spindles (I think I'm on my 4th set)
-2 frames (crmo)
-2 saddles (bent rails)
-2 forks (rigid - I added the lowrider bend)
-3 sets of pedals
-1 rear wheel
-crushed bearings in both front and rear hubs
-bent bar
-3 chainrings (missing teeth or just cheap a** bendy stuff)
-2 collarbones

Given how long I've been riding, the list isn't as bad as it could be. Given the way I ride, the list isnt as long as it should be.

it might be easier to list the stuff i haven't broken

- headset
- front hub
- handlebar
- bottom bracket
- cranks (edit - i did strip the pedal threads out off a set of truvativs)
- stem

i am thankful i haven't broken a stem or handlebar. breaking a fork was bad enough on the head/neck.

In a van.... down by the river
Wow. I either don't ride much or I'm not riding hard enough.

Since 1992, I've "broken"............

A brake cable
4-odd spokes
A couple shifter pods

I think that's it.

I guess there are also about 4,379,450 tubes too. Oh, and one blown sidewall.

Stems are the worst. I have vivid memories of a huge bail after my (old school BMX) stem snapped on landing. The metal snapped in such a way as to create a dagger shaped wedge sticking out of the head tube. Ripped a gash in my t-shirt from the sternum to the belly button area. :dead: Only a minor scratch on me though.

there is no way I could remember every part or piece I have broke over the last 25 odd years I've been riding.

pretty much if it's been on my bike, I've broken it at one point in time....

Not an easy task. Pix?

no i didnt take any, it wasn’t catastrophic, i did a nice little maneuver in which i went over the bars, and somehow tweaked the drop out, not the deraillure drop out the actual frame dropout, it was bent in drastically. Took it to the shop (where i used to work) and after about 2 hours of bending the frame, dropout, and derailure (sram x.0) with massive amounts of wrenches everything works perfect :thumb:

my back is still killing me from this... :dead:
