iM RIDDING A stolen getaway and i think the front chain ring is too big ive a 13t on the back and 39 on the front idd like a small chain ring on the front but i dont know if the gear will be to small then and suggestions

I think they are a cassette wheel so you could drop the back to a 12t without a driver. 33/12 would be a little more manageable than the gearing you have now. With the 13 try a 36.
2.8:1 is the norm
3:1 is a little high
2.5:1 is a bit low
39:13=3:1
3 to 1 with a 12t would require a 36 up front. (not much smaller than 39...)
You need a hub that uses a driver, IMO.
