i just picked up an '02 e-13 guide, already have some hussefelt cranks, but having trouble finding a 4 bolt chainring to go with it all. looking for a 38t 4 bolt chainring, but not in the DH configuration. the e-13 manual says the thicker DH rings would cause a problem. anyone know where i might find one?

Get an e.thirteen Guide Ring, they're specifically designed to work well with chainguides. You can get one here:

surly make a stainless steel ring that is really strong and is no thicker than a standard ring. you can find them in some places and may bike shop can order them for you
