Happy New Year!
Youre invited to join me and some friends on what we hope will become an annual tradition on a New Years Day Mountain Bike Ride at Chamberlin Ranch in Los Olivos.
Time: 8 am to 1 pm
Where: Exit Highway 154 onto Zaca Station Road go 1+ miles to the open gate on your right. Turn right, through the gate, then go left and follow the road about 1 mile to where well be parking. PLEASE USE THIS GATE ONLY, NOT THE ONE OFF OF FOXEN CANYON.
Both xc and dh riders are welcome. The xc riders will do a loop or two of the course used for the Firestone SYV Classic, and the dh riders are welcome to shuttle the Chamberlin Ranch DH course as many times as they can before 1 PM. This is a great chance to ride a set of trails that many of you have help create over the years, that are not usually accessible because they lie on private property.
Remember everyone is welcome, I hope that you can make it. Please pass this on.
