It's a small which has like a 21" TT. How much travel does your friend's have?
not sure. but be carefull bringing it on rough terrain your mite brake the headtube. then he will die. they are really fragile!

hahaha. My bullit is a medium. I could even ride something longer. I need to get used to smaller HT's, it will probably be better in the long run.
With the argyle, it will have a 68.5* HA. Ideally, I wanted about 69.5*, but it's free and should be fine.
One thing's for sure, my large is too large.
