I just picked up a different spring for my reign X1 (Fox DHX 3.0) but I can't figure out how to get the spring off. I was able to remove the Spring Retainer but the eyelet on the rebound side has an insert that looks like it was specially made to fit the Reign X1 frame. Does anyone else know how to remove this insert so it is possible to slide the Spring off the shock body?

I am going to email Giant and see if they have an answer for this also.
