I'm going to work with a guy who's swapped springs out on older Z1s tomorrow night to replace the current heavy springs that came with the Z1 FR I recently received in trade with medium springs to better suit my weight.
I visited the Zoke website, but they no longer offer those type of tech manuals on their web site - just owners manuals, which don't help in this case.
Has anyone recently changed springs on their 2003 Z1 and if so, could you post the process either in this thread (in case it would help others) or privately to me via PM?
I'm diggin the fork so far as it slackens my HT angle just enough and it also helped raise the bb a little bit on my Belair - two things I was looking to accomplish. The heavy springs currently installed are a tad bit too stiff for me however. I think the mediums will be just the ticket.
