I just ordered some new bearings from enduro as I was getting some pretty crazy play in my front hub, but I recall hearing that you need a special tool to work on DT hubs. Anyone know whether this is legit or am I imagining things?
I popped the bearings out front and rear with a socket that fits just on the bearing tube, ghetto in my book, but it can be done that way if needed, install was done with a socket the size of the o.d. of the bearing.
