Anyone just some back from riding DH in the Chatel area? I was there a few weeks ago and I thought the conditions were quite poor due to all the wet weather there had been for almost the whole of July. The braking bumps were simply huge, and basically I thought it needed a bit of work to get back into its usual condition (they always had braking bumps, just never as severe as last month).
Now it has all dried up and the sun is out, I am thinking of riding there in a couple of days time so was wondering if any one has any fresh update on the conditions. Do they do ongoing repairs through the season? I have seen 'official' looking people out doing stuff, but I don't know how often that happens.
