FANTASTIC ride. i use to have a Disco. then it got stolen. now i remeber what i missed so much. ( don't worry i still have my BMW Racelink..)
perfect night too, black ice everywhere, and some what plowed sidewalks. so nice a bumpy.
um, found out the upper barrel adjuster on the shock mount is stripping...
and the rebound on the avy, doesn't work....
depressing, but i'm keeping her.
question, whats the TT length on a M/L Army?
this is suppose to be a M/L, but it feels smaller then my BMW...
its just under 47. not bad. but weighed on ****ty scale
also can't for the life of me change the position on the lower shock barrel adjuster.
so far after the pics, i've pushed the seat mass back a bit, and raised my BB a little bit. thats when i found the upper shock threads starting to go.

Just dont break it, something tells me youre going to have a tough time with warranty.

Just so you also remember, is a high speed rebound, so what may feel fast on the street won't on the dirt. I have never been bucked off the bike from its rebound, there is not a huge difference in the adjustmet of the Avy compared to other shocks, its very suttle.
Also is the upper bolt too short? Jan also had a problem with sending them out with shot bolts that only grab a few threads.
no bolt goes all the way through. though it seems i cought a mild cold last night. i be sleeping most the day.
anyway, if we find someone to make the barrel adjusters. how many should i have made?
