im thinkin those bikes should be raced on a DH course.....doing some nice drop to flats
aha i'd hate to hafta change a flat on the front wheel on one of those suckers....
I bet there isn't too much flicking in the peloton with those

Look at where the 29er fad has brought us! 
I'd race one - slap some 70mm cranks on that bad boy and go like hell.... After you got it up to speed 1 mile after the starting line, that is. I wonder if it's against the rules to "stretch" your frame and chopper it a bit.
At least it wouldn't be a big deal to forget your chain lube.
