Yeah. It's really good. I'm going to spruce it up next time with some additional goodies.

Yeah! Where's the recipe?

You know, I sort of combined several recipes I was browsing on the 'net. Sort of went like this:

Shake 4 chk breasts in bag of seasoned flour
Brown over med heat for about 5 min/side in 4T butter w/1 med chopped onion
Remove chk
Saute apples & onions together for about 10 min
Return chk
Add 1/2c Calvados & 1-1/2c apple cider whisked with 2T flour
Cook for about 25m at low simmer
S&P to taste
Remove chk & add 1c sour cream & whisk in
Serve over noodles

I think that's it....
