I get my mom an outdoor/travel gadget every year. Last year was a Gerber multi-tool, the year before was one of those kleen kanteen all day thermoses. She still uses both on a regular basis. Not sure about this year. Might step it up and get her a beach cruiser bike or a nice fleece jacket.
