i have taken my hubs apart for the first time and i am having some trouble putting them back together. i have followed the movie on ch's site exactly but the ring drive will disengages under a sudden pedal after gliding any sugestions

Mebbie too much or too thick of a grease on the ringdrive.

If the hub went back together w/o difficulty it is probably together well enough, but the ck manual states that the wrong amount of type of grease can keep the ringdrive from engaging properly.
