Ive stripped down my M3, but don't really want to remove the bearings if at all possible.

What is an easy and effective way of cleaning and regreasing bearings while still in the frame? Something that will not damage paint etc..


By the way, I'm not removing the bearings due to ignorance. If this really is an easy task without specialist tools or risk of damaging the bearings/frame, then please tell me....

Sealed bearings -- blast grease out with wd-40, blast wd-40 out with air, pack with grease.
