I have a bleed kit. I’ve used it for years with DOT 5.1. My new brakes run mineral oil. Do you have any recommendations on how to clean the build kit to avoid contamination?

Personally I'd just get another 2 syringes.
the different bled kits often have different seal's, I know with the jagwire ones Dot fluid will eat the seals of the mineral oil syringe's. Don't know if that goes the other way as well?

Otherwise just dissassemble as much as you can and then lots of brake cleaner or iso and lots of wiping with clean rags.
